Herrick’s sports law group is pleased to have advised Larry H. Miller Sports & Entertainment (LHMSE), owner of the NBA’s Utah Jazz, in a 10-year arena naming rights transaction with smart home provider and technology company Vivint. Herrick advised LHMSE on the deal, which renames the 19,911-seat arena the Vivint Smart Home Arena, effective immediately.
