When you get to One Gateway via any of the means below, head to the main lobby on the second floor. Proceed to lobby security and ask for us. We are on the 22nd floor. If you need assistance, call our reception desk at 973-274-2000.
By train
You can access Newark Penn Station from several New Jersey Transit train lines. Alternatively, you can take the PATH train from New York City-- you may have to transfer at Journal Square (Jersey City) for PATH service to Newark. If you're visiting us from far away, Amtrak stops here, too.
There is an enclosed walkway which connects the Gateway Complex to Newark Penn Station. You can access this enclosed walkway by taking the escalator located in front of McDonald's to the upper level. Proceed along the walkway heading toward the Gateway Center until it ends, and then turn left. The lobby entrance for One Gateway Center is located at the end of this hallway.
By car
Visitor Parking:
There is a visitor parking facility connected to the Gateway Hilton Hotel, which is located on Raymond Plaza West across the street from Newark Penn Station. In the event that the Gateway Hilton Hotel parking facility is full, there are several other parking facilities within walking distance to our office.
From the New Jersey Turnpike, Southbound:
- Take Exit 15E (Raymond Boulevard)
- Take Raymond Boulevard westbound for approximately three miles
- Proceed to the 3rd traffic light on Raymond Boulevard
- Turn left onto Mulberry Street
- Turn left onto Market Street
- Proceed to 2nd traffic light on Market Street and turn left onto Raymond Plaza West. The Gateway Hilton Hotel parking facility entrance will be located on your left across from Newark Penn Station.
From the New Jersey Turnpike, Northbound:
- Take Exit 13A toward Newark Airport/Elizabeth Seaport
- Stay straight to go onto Route 81 North
- Slight right onto US 1&9
- Merge onto Route 21 North (McCarter Highway)
- Proceed straight and make a right onto Market Street
- Make a left onto Raymond Plaza West. The Gateway Hilton Hotel parking facility entrance will be located on your left across from Newark Penn Station.
From Route 78 East:
- Take Exit 57 and bear right on the ramp onto Route 21 North (McCarter Highway)
- Make a right onto Market Street
- Make a left onto Raymond Plaza West. The Gateway Hilton Hotel parking facility entrance will be located on your left across from Newark Penn Station.
From the Garden State Parkway South:
- Take Exit 145 to Route 280 East and follow the directions for Route 280 East below.
From the Garden State Parkway North:
- Take Exit 140 (Route 22 East)
- Follow Route 22 East for approximately five miles
- Bear left at the Route 1&9 junction onto Route 21 North (McCarter Highway)
- Make a right onto Market Street
- Make a left onto Raymond Plaza West. The Gateway Hilton Hotel parking facility entrance will be located on your left across from Newark Penn Station.
From Route 280 East:
- Take Exit 15 (Ironbound)
- Follow the ramp onto Route 21 South (McCarter Highway)
- Proceed to the 5th traffic light and make a left onto Raymond Boulevard. The Hilton Hotel will be located on your right
- Make an immediate right turn (before the next traffic light) into the Hilton Hotel entrance. Please park in the Gateway Hilton Hotel parking facility.
From Route 280 West:
- Take Exit 15A (Ironbound)
- Follow the signs for Route 21 South (McCarter Highway)
- Proceed to the 5th traffic light and make a left onto Raymond Boulevard. The Hilton Hotel will be located on your right
- Make an immediate right turn (before the next traffic light) into the Hilton Hotel entrance. Please park in the Gateway Hilton Hotel parking facility.
By bus
Newark has a bus terminal directly across the street from Two Penn Plaza Building. Please check with Greyhound, New Jersey Transit bus lines or other bus carriers.
