Biography
Meghan O'Reilly focuses her practice on domestic and international commercial finance work, with a particular emphasis on subscription/capital call facilities, corporate loans and other asset-backed finance transactions, including real estate loans. Her clients include U.S. and non-U.S. lenders, private equity funds and development companies.
