Philip is an associate in Herrick's Litigation Department. Prior to joining Herrick, Philip spent over a year interning with the Division of Enforcement at the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission where he worked on a number of enforcement matters and issues concerning the implementation of the Dodd Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. During law school, Philip interned for the general counsel of a hedge fund manager in Manhattan. Before going to law school, Philip worked for a large commodity futures brokerage firm and clerked on the CME/NYMEX trading floor.
Philip received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he was a member of the Seton Hall Law Center for Social Justice - Civil Litigation Clinic. He received his B.B.A. from The Lubin School of Business at Pace University.
