Benjamin F. Kursman concentrates his practice in all aspects of real estate law, including complex financing, joint ventures, sales, acquisitions, development, leasing and construction contracts.
Prior to joining Herrick, Ben worked at Baer, Marks & Upham. In law school, Ben was a recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award for Conflicts of Law.
