Dena Cohen has extensive experience in sophisticated and diverse real estate matters, concentrating in commercial leasing and acquisitions and sales of property, including broad representation of a major financial institution in connection with its operational real estate. Dena's leasing experience ranges from complex transactions involving over 500,000 square feet to small and medium office space, data center and retail leases.
Her recent experience includes representing Planet Hollywood in new restaurant leases in New York, Los Angeles and Boca Raton, and public television network WNET on a 15-year, 95,000 square-foot headquarters lease at World Wide Plaza in Midtown Manhattan.
Prior to joining Herrick, Dena was an associate with Piper Rudnick LLP.
