John R. Goldman practices general commercial litigation, including proceedings involving sports, real estate and corporate disputes.  He has also quarterbacked a number of corporate transactions for high-tech companies in the United States and Europe.

John advises major institutions and individuals alike in all types of matters, including some notable securities cases and business divorces.  He prides himself on being a true counselor; someone who clients rely on for guidance on both legal and business issues.

John is a competitive age-group triathlete who finished in the top 40% overall at the 2007 Ford Ironman USA Lake Placid. He and his wife, Wendy, are raising a large yours (3), mine (3) and ours (4) family.

While pursuing his law degree, John was a member of the Moot Court Board.  He is a member of the New York and American Bar Associations, and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.

Telecommunications Company - Lanham Act Litigation and Government Investigations
Representation of a large prepaid calling card company in litigation brought by a competitor under the Lanham Act. We also counsel the company in investigations by various states' attorneys general and the Federal Trade Commission.
