Jonathan Adelsberg led a workshop entitled “Servicers, Special Servicers and Receivers: Who’s the Boss?” at the 2012 ICSC U.S. Shopping Center Law Conference. This workshop focused on timely issues confronting retail borrowers in this challenging market, and served to help borrowers understand how to operate with multiple parties partaking in the process.

The event featured keynote speeches from Zalman Shoval, former Israeli ambassador to the U.S. (1990-93, 1998-2000), and Shlomo Grofman, a prominent Israeli real estate investor—both of whom are principals in FAIRE, a fund which invests in and develops real estate in Israel. This event is open to FAIBCI members, only by invitation.
