In an article exploring the proposed rezoning plan for the East Midtown area of Manhattan, Herrick, Feinstein Partner and Chair of the Land Use & Environmental Group, Mitchell Korbey, is quoted about the "stringent" public approval process that the rezoning would require for new, tall office towers.
