Representation of an industrial manufacturer in successfully defending against a workers compensation insurer's late-filed administrative claim in the client's Chapter 11 bankruptcy. The Bankruptcy Court ruled that the insurer did not demonstrate excusable neglect in filing an administrative claim 15 months after the claim arose and more than six months after the administrative bar date.
