Representation of an investor group in connection with Acquisition America’s $109 million purchase of seven apartment buildings in Manhattan and four in the Bronx – with approximately 800 apartments – from the family of Isidore B. Simkowitz. This was one of the largest residential purchases in the City of New York in 2003. (Prior firm experience)
