Pavlo et al. v. Stiefel Laboratories
1979
Representation of three salesmen who brought an action under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 against their employer. Two of the plaintiffs sued for age discrimination; the third plaintiff sued on a theory that he was fired as part of a conspiracy to "cover up" the age discrimination against his fellow employees. On defendant's motion to dismiss, the Court sustained all causes of action brought by plaintiffs, including the claims of the younger employee. Pavlo et al. v. Stiefel Laboratories, Inc., et al., 22 Fair Empl.Prac.Cas. (BNA) 489, 1979 WL 105 (S.D.N.Y.) (Prior firm experience)
