Marsa v. Metrobank For Savings

Representation of the former president of a bank in an action against the Resolution Trust Corporation after the RTC refused to pay the president sums due to him under a Settlement Agreement which provided for an annual fee for four years. We won the case on a cross-motion for summary judgment, and the decision was affirmed by the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Marsa v. Metrobank For Savings, F.S.B., et al., 825 F.Supp. 658 (U.S.D.C.
