Representation of approximately 75 owners of homes at a lakefront community subject to ground leases. After protracted litigation in both the trial and appellate courts, the homeowners obtained substantial legal relief which, among other things, resulted in judicial recognition that the ground lessees were entitled to the protections of the New Jersey Anti-Eviction Act, thus preventing their eviction (and the loss of their homes), except for cause expressly included in the Act.
