Dennis Russo co-presented a seminar entitled "Real Estate Joint Venture Agreements: Avoiding Disjointed Joint Ventures" at the 2012 ICSC U.S. Shopping Center Law Conference. This seminar covered the most contentious provisions in real estate joint venture documents including the partners' powers and controls, additional capital obligations, dispute resolution and transfer rights.
