Biography

Rodger Quigley is an associate in the Restructuring & Finance Litigation Department where he focuses on complex commercial litigation. His experience includes handling claims arising out of bankruptcies and restructurings, restrictive covenant and trade secret litigation matters as well as breach of contract disputes.

Rodger regularly represents private and public companies, private equity funds and hedge funds, secured and unsecured creditors, healthcare companies, insurance companies and brokers, among others.

Before joining Herrick, Rodger was an associate at Wollmuth Maher & Deutsch LLP and a law clerk for the Hon. Joel H. Slomsky of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. While in law school, Rodger was Editor in Chief of the New York Law School Law Review.
