Robert focuses his practice on construction and leasing matters, representing owners, developers, landlords, tenants, construction managers, general contractors, subcontractors, trade contractors, suppliers, engineers, architects, designers, consultants and brokers.
Clients rely on Robert's extensive legal and business experience to evaluate complex issues related to construction projects and leasing transactions, craft workable solutions, consummate projects and transactions, and advise on ongoing construction and management issues.
He has represented clients in the construction and leasing of millions of square-feet of commercial and residential space across the U.S., including boutique and big-box retail stores, offices, trading floors, showrooms, data centers, bank branches, restaurants, bars, lounges, nightclubs, fitness centers, spas, salons, malls, shopping centers, sports stadiums, entertainment complexes, parking facilities, berthing facilities, museums, galleries, educational facilities, medical facilities, office and residential towers, hotels, mixed-use buildings, cooperative and condominium units and townhouses.
Robert also has represented clients in the construction and leasing of a full range of industrial property types, including factories, plants, production and manufacturing facilities, telecommunications sites, warehouses, distribution centers and other industrial facilities throughout the country.
He is also a licensed real estate broker in the State of New York.
