Doug Heller was quoted in The Real Deal, discussing the complexity of condominium offering plans for real estate consumers in New York. Given the attorney general’s work in real estate, the industry is providing a significant amount of money to the two Democratic candidates with the upcoming primary election. A long-time complaint from the industry is the lack of transparency with today’s offering plans. Doug explained, “The public wants to know what they are buying. Not endless inconsequential details.”
