Herrick hosted RICS' NYC Global Property Monitor 2016 seminar, covering the global real estate market, international trends influencing the U.S. market, and an analysis of RICS' Q2 survey. Panelists gave their take on major influencing factors such as Brexit, eCommerce, evolving logistics, America's "new oligarchs" and their respective impact on bricks and mortar across the country as well as here in New York. The RICS global commercial property monitors are leading indicators of conditions in commercial property markets around the world. This conversation was moderated by Christopher Turner, senior director with Colliers International.
