Patricia Graham is counsel in Herrick's Litigation Department.
Patricia's practice includes a wide variety of commercial litigations in federal and state courts in New York and New Jersey. She handles matters at the trial and appellate level as well as before administrative agencies.
Patricia has represented both large public companies and small privately held companies in commercial disputes, including general corporate and business, distributorship, real estate, factoring and employment litigations. Her practice also includes providing employment advice on a variety of matters including employment policies and manuals, employment agreements, severance agreements, claims of age, sex, race, ethnicity or disability discrimination, leave issues and violations of wage and hour laws and regulations.
Patricia began her legal career by clerking for the Honorable Fritz W. Alexander II of the New York Court of Appeals. Prior to joining Herrick, she practiced in New York with Reboul, MacMurray, Hewitt, Maynard & Kristol and in New Jersey with Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer. Patricia is also actively involved in New Jersey politics.
