Raymond Hannigan was quoted in Crain’s New York Business regarding Herrick’s representation of developer Little Cherry LLC in a lawsuit over the sale of 235 Cherry Street in Lower Manhattan. Little Cherry is suing nonprofits Settlement Housing Fund and Two Bridges Neighborhood Council, whom they said backed out of a deal for 235 Cherry Street to sell the site’s development rights to JDS Development. The Department of City Planning recently put JDS’ plans for an apartment tower that would cantilever over 235 Cherry on hold because of the pending litigation.
