The New York Law Journal announced that Herrick Counsel Hon. Milton Mollen was among sixteen prominent lawyers chosen to receive a lifetime achievement award for his profound impact on New York's legal community.
Judge Mollen, one of New York's preeminent jurists, served as Presiding Justice of the New York State Appellate Division, Second Department from 1978-1990. Following his service on the judiciary, he continued his selfless dedication to public service by becoming a Deputy Mayor of New York City and chairing a major investigation of the Police Department in the 1990s – widely known as the "Mollen Commission."
