NAIOP Event: “The Past, Present and Future of Architecture in New York City”

This event organized by the New York City chapter of the commercial real estate organization, NAIOP, featured an introduction on landmarks and historic districts by Mitch Korbey, followed by presentations from Richard Metsky of Beyer Blinder Belle and Hugh Trumbull of Kohn Pedersen Fox.

Richard discussed renovations to some of the City’s most famous landmarked buildings, including Grand Central Terminal, Rockefeller Center, the Chrysler Building, the Empire State Building and 230 Park Avenue; while Hugh showcased the modernization of several non-landmarked buildings, including 40 W 57th St. and 640 Fifth Ave.
