LisaMarie Collins is an associate in Herrick's Litigation Department. Her practice is focused on derivatives, commodity futures, securities civil litigation, employment law and general commercial litigation, including class actions, arbitrations and regulatory investigations. She regularly defends futures commission merchants and broker-dealers in complex cases involving allegations of fraud and violations of commodities and securities laws.

LisaMarie litigates in state and federal courts, and before various arbitration fora, including FINRA and the NFA. She conducts internal investigations for companies, often as part of her work defending financial institutions and individuals in actions brought by the CFTC as well as the self-regulating entities and exchanges under its jurisdiction.

In employment matters, LisaMarie represents blue-chip institutional clients in all forms of counseling and disputes including conducting internal investigations relating to employee fraud and misconduct, drafting of employment and commission agreements, recruitment and contract disputes, restrictive covenant issues, and cases alleging wrongful termination, sexual harassment and discrimination based upon disability, age, race, national origin and gender. LisaMarie helps clients manage their risk related to hiring, firing, and downsizing.
