Gregory Lullo is an associate in Herrick's Corporate Department.
His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, licensing and technology transactions, and corporate restructurings. He has served as outside counsel to various international and domestic entities across a variety of industries, including consumer products, sports, media, and real estate. Gregory has extensive experience in drafting stock and asset purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, operating agreements, and agreements related to licensing and international distribution. In the sports and media space, Gregory has advised on sponsorship, endorsement, and venue naming rights agreements, and has negotiated licensing and other contracts related to major college sports events.
Prior to joining Herrick, Gregory was an associate in the corporate department of Fox Rothschild LLP. During law school, he interned for the Honorable William J. Kent III of the New York State Supreme Court.
