There are many things about the early '90s we'd choose not to relive. The current state of the economy is one of them. This seminar focused on how to deal with the problem loan, workout, restructuring and bankruptcy issues you are facing in this troubled economy.

Stephen Selbst addressed bankers' responses to problem loans, including loan file review, financial statements, operations and workouts.  Stephen Brodie gave the lawyer's perspective, addressing reservation of rights, pre-negotiation agreements, forbearance agreements, reaffirmation of guaranties, tax liens and other important issues. Andrew Gold discussed bankruptcy issues including automatic stays, cash collateral, avoidance actions, debtor in possession financing and the plan process.
