Herrick partner Mark Wiechnik spoke at the 2014 Conference of the National Council for Behavioral Health in Washington D.C., which included keynote speaker, former Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton. Mark was part of a panel of board members, chief executive and chief financial officers of national non-profit organizations, all of whom discussed a range of issues that can arise when considering a potential merger. Mark, who recently advised on the merger of the Lester A. Drenk Center for Behavioral Health and the Union Association of the Children’s Home of Burlington County, offered the board member’s perspective on the merger process.
