In honor of Black History Month, Herrick's Cultural Heritage Speaker Series welcomed Zachary Carter to offer his perspective on diversity.

Zachary Carter, a partner at Dorsey & Whitney LLP, has a distinguished career in private practice and public service. Early in his career, he was Executive Assistant D.A. in Brooklyn and served a six-year tenure as United States Attorney for the Eastern District of New York, where he prosecuted numerous cases of national significance.

Zachary Carter also served in New York state and federal courts as a United States Magistrate Judge, an Executive Assistant to the Deputy Chief Administrative Judge of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, and as a Judge of the Criminal Court of the City of New York.
