Efram Friedman focuses on acquisitions and dispositions of commercial and residential properties, including office buildings and multifamily apartment portfolios, as well as the purchase and sale of development rights.

Efram advises a wide range of sophisticated clients, including real estate investors, developers, institutional lenders and family businesses on numerous complex transactions. He represents owners and investors in joint venture transactions, financings, leasing and other real estate transactional matters, and advises lenders and investment banks in various loans and financial workouts.

Some of his recent transactions include the acquisition of a 12-building multifamily portfolio in Manhattan, and the sale of a development site, consisting of an assemblage of properties, development rights and inclusionary housing certificates. He has also assisted clients with financing large deals, including a $100 million financing for the Orbach Group's Lighthouse Opportunity Fund, which was part of the fund's $214 million acquisition of a 30-building apartment portfolio on the Upper West Side of Manhattan.
