Aaron Kleinmann is an associate in Herrick's Litigation Department, where he concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation, regulatory enforcement proceedings and counseling individuals and corporations in employment matters.

Aaron regularly defends companies and senior executives in the financial sector, including, broker-dealers, brokerage firms, investment advisors, and investment companies in litigation, investigations and enforcement proceedings before FINRA and the SEC. Aaron also counsels employees, companies and broker-dealers on employment matters involving the enforceability of restrictive covenants, compensation, recruitment, termination and FINRA Forms U-4 and U-5.

During law school, Aaron routinely represented employees and non-profit organizations as an advocate for the school's Labor and Employment Law Clinic and as the leader for the Unemployment Action Center's most active branch chapter.
